Michael lives and writes in Santa Barbara, California. His debut novel - Montecito - was serialized in the Montecito Journal and is coming to book shelves near you on July 14, 2026.

His second novel - Carp - is coming in 2027.

Originally from Tennessee, Michael is a graduate of the University of Alabama and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
